NihontoWatchBETAThis is a katana made by Yosouzaemon no jyo Sukesada of Bizen province in the late Muromachi period. The blade has an inscription with the date Tenbun 3 (1534) and was made for Kusada Bingonokami. It features a long, thick body with a well-forged small itame hada, prominent chikei, and utsuri. The hamon is a gunome midare with sunagashi and kinsuji, and the boshi is pointed and hakikake.
