He is a 58th generation descendant of Tomonari and represents the late Edo period Bizen smiths. The blade features a finely forged ko-itame hada with ji-nie, and a vibrant kikka choji hamon with bright nie-guchi, showcasing Sukekane's characteristic style. It comes with both a shirasaya and a koshirae, and is certified as Tokubetsu Hozon Token.
