This Katana is attributed to Yasuyuki of the Takada school, active during the Muromachi period around the Meio era (1492-1501). It features a gold inlaid inscription and is certified as NBTHK Hozon Token. The blade exhibits a fine and tightly forged steel grain with a Nie-deki style gunome-midare hamon, clearly displaying characteristics of great age.
