This is a well-preserved katana from the Koto period, attributed to Kanekiyo of the Yamato-Tegai school. The blade features an itame grain pattern with active chikei and a hoso-suguha hamon. It has been authenticated by the Nihon Token Hozonkai (NTHK) and comes with a certificate of appraisal.
