This is a fuchi-kashira set made by Omori Hidetomo, a third-generation metalworker of the Omori school in Edo. The piece features a three-dimensional carving of peony and lion motifs on a shibuichi ground. It comes with a桐箱 (paulownia wood box) and an Aoi Art appraisal certificate.
