This is a Sasaho Yari (spear with a bamboo-leaf shaped blade) signed Kunitsugu, who was a swordsmith from Yamashiro province during the early Edo period (around Kanei era). He was a pupil of Dewa Daijo Kunimichi and later received the title of Echizen Daijo. The spear is a hira-sankaku-zukuri type, similar to Honda Heihachiro's famous 'Tonbogiri' spear. It comes with an old shirasaya that has an ink inscription indicating a connection to the Ashina clan.
