Description

This antique Katana, forged by Omi no Daijyo Fujiwara Tadahiro, dates from the Early to Mid Edo period (1641-1691). Tadahiro was the first son of the renowned first-gen Tadayoshi and a prominent smith of the Hizen province. The blade features a Suguha Hamon and beautiful Jigane, characteristic of Hizen-To, and comes with an NBTHK Tokubetsu Kicho Certificate.
