NihontoWatchBETAThe Hizen Tadayoshi sanji-mei is very famous, and since ancient times only three such swords have been known to exist: the one owned by Inukai Bokudo, its kage-uchi, and this sword. All three examples were crafted in Genna 5. Munenaga, along with Tadayoshi, became a disciple of Umetada Myoju, and the horimono on this blade is a magnificent example of Myoju’s direct style. This has been a famous sword since ancient times. Recorded in the Hizen To Taikan.
