Description

This is a katana by Nagahiro, who learned from Yokoyama Sukenaga of Bizen Osafune and was active in Suo province from the late Edo period to early Meiji. The blade features a well-forged ko-itame hada and a vibrant nie-deki hamon with bright activity. It also boasts elaborate relief carvings of a waterfall Fudo and a dragon chasing a jewel, harmonizing beautifully with the blade's overall quality.
