Description

This is a wakizashi made by Yasutsugu in Echizen province during the early Edo period (circa 1661). It features a notare hamon and ko-itame jigane. The blade has carvings of a chrysanthemum branch on the front and a Sanskrit character of Fudo Myoo on the back.
