This is a katana made by Yasutsugu in Echizen province during the early Edo period (Enpo era). It is said to be made with Nanban Tetsu (imported steel). Yasutsugu was the third son of the first generation Yasutsugu and inherited the Echizen Yasutsugu line after his brother's death.
