This is a tanto made by Kanenori of Noshu-Seki during the late Muromachi period (circa 1532). It features an itame hada and a gunome hamon. The blade is accompanied by a black lacquer saya aikuchi koshirae and a Tokubetsu Hozon Token certificate.
