This is a hira-sankaku sugu yari (flat triangular straight spear) made by Sagami no kami Fujiwara no Masatsune in Owari province during the Keicho era (early Edo period). The spear features a hosohi (thin groove) engraving on the back and comes with a shirasaya (wooden case) and a shu tataki nuri (vermilion lacquered) saya (scabbard) in the shape of the character "Dai".
