This is an O-wakizashi made by Mutsu no Kami Kaneharu (also known as Left Mutsu) during the early Edo period, around the Kanei era (1624-1645). The blade has been newly polished and is in beautiful condition, though there is a small rust removal mark near the habaki. It comes with a newly made koshirae suitable for iaido, koryu kenjutsu, and tameshigiri.
