This is a moroha zukuri tanto attributed to Mihara Masaoki. It has an itame mixed with mokume hada and a suguba hamon with subtle hataraki. The tanto comes with a koshirae that is also papered, and the fuchi kashira are Higo, silver flowers on iron.
