Description

This katana is signed by Gassan Sadayoshi, a prominent Shin-Shinto smith from Dewa province, dated October 1827. It features intricate horimono, including the 'Namu Myōhō Renge Kyō' inscription with a lotus pedestal and a Bonji character with Fudō Myō-ō holding a Kurikara-ken. The blade comes with a Tachi Koshirae and is certified Tokubetsu Hozon by the NBTHK.
