It is signed by Goto Mitsuyoshi, who was the 15th generation of the Goto family, and is attributed to the 9th generation Goto Norijo. Made in the early Edo period, it features a finely textured shakudo nanako ground with a gold crawling dragon motif, and is in excellent condition with almost no damage. It comes with an NBTHK Hozon Tosogu Kanteisho (certification paper).
