This is a daisho set (matching long and short swords) by the renowned smith Miyairi Kiyohira, brother of Living National Treasure Miyairi Akihira. The set includes a tachi and a wakizashi, both signed by Kiyohira and dated to the Showa era (1979 and 1980 respectively). They feature a koitame jigane and gunome hamon, showcasing the exceptional skill of this master.
