This katana is made by Akamatsu Taro Kaneteru, whose real name is Kimura Kanehiro, a member of the All Japan Swordsmith Association. The blade measures 73.6cm with a sori of 1.9cm, and weighs 660g. It comes with a modern koshirae and is suitable for iai and tameshigiri.
