This is a modern katana by Akamatsu Taro Kaneteru of Higo province, a Kiyomaro utsushi (replica). It features a wide mihaba, large kissaki, and a chōji hamon with remarkable kinsuji activity. The blade is in excellent condition and comes with a shirasaya.
