This is an unsigned iron tsuba by the 5th generation Shimizujingo Shigenaga, active during the late Edo period. It features a mokko-shaped iron plate with gold nunome-zogan (cloth-pattern inlay) depicting banana leaves. The tsuba is accompanied by an NBTHK Hozon Tosogu certificate, attributing it to 'Mumei Jingo'.
