This is a tachi made by the swordsmith Yasutake Yakuwa, born in Yamagata Prefecture in 1909. He studied under Yasumitsu Ikeda at the Nihonto Tanrenjo in Yasukuni Shrine, Tokyo. In 1982, he received the Masamune Award for his four-shaku long otachi, inscribed 'Ichigo Ichifuri Nari', modeled after Bizen Osafune Norimitsu from Nikko Futarasan Shrine.

We could not find an authenticity certificate on the seller’s listing. Japanese swords and fittings are normally papered by the NBTHK (or the NTHK). Without one, the attribution is the seller’s own assessment and has not been independently verified — treat it with caution and ask the dealer about certification before buying.
