This is a katana made by Yaguwa Yasutake in 1975. Yasutake was a swordsmith born in Yamagata Prefecture and a student of Ikeda Kazumitsu. The blade has a wide and thick shape with a fine Ko-itame hada and a Nie deki Gunome and Kataochi (slanted) gunome midare hamon.
