Modern sword Hiroshi tsukuru with Aikuchi-koshirae and Shirosaya. 寛(慶雲直弘)刀匠によるお守り短刀。流れ柾がかった板目肌に、力強い湾れ乱れ刃を焼いた一振りです。刀身は良好な状態で、美しい出鮫の合口拵が付属します。 An omamori tanto by the swordsmith Hiroshi (Keiun Naohiro). The blade features flowing itame tending toward masame, with a powerful notare-midare hamon. The blade is in very good condition and comes with a beautiful dashizame aikuchi koshirae. 「刀姿 sword figure」平造り三つ棟、身幅やや太く重尋常、無反り大鋒、茎は生で筋違い鑢がかかり、茎尻は浅い栗尻。 The blade is hira-zukuri with a mitsu-mune, slightly wide with standard thickness, no curvature, and an o-kissaki. The nakago is ubu with sujikai-yasurime, and the nakago-jiri is shallow kurijiri. 「地鉄 jigane」地鉄は板目肌が流れ柾と成り、地沸付く。 The jihada is flowing itame tending toward masame, with ji-nie. 「刃紋 hamon」刃紋は湾れ乱れ刃、刃縁荒沸が付き砂流し栄んにかかり、刃中は金筋が働く。釯子は乱れ込み小丸に返る。 The hamon is notare-midare, with abundant ara-nie along the habuchi and vigorous sunagashi activity. Kinsuji can be seen working within the ha. The boshi is midare-komi and turns back in ko-maru. 「特徴 detailed」寛。本名・小島寛。昭和32年(1957年)1月22日生まれ、埼玉県所沢市出身。18歳で刀匠・三代目直弘に入門し、7年間の修業を経て文化庁の承認を受け独立しました。当初は本名の「寛」を刀匠銘としていましたが、後に五代目直弘を襲名。埼玉県本庄市にて作刀を続け、現在は「慶雲直弘」と名乗っています。本作は、お守り刀として製作されたものと思われる短刀です。板目肌が流れて柾がかった地鉄に、見事な湾れ乱れ刃を焼いた、出来の良い一振りです。刀身にはわずかにヒケが見られますが、鑑賞上大きな欠点となるような傷はなく、コンディションは概ね良好です。拵は出鮫を施した合口拵で、こちらも良好な状態を保っています。寛(慶雲直弘)刀匠による美しいお守り短刀。刀身・拵ともに魅力ある一振りです。 Hiroshi, whose real name is Kojima Hiroshi, was born on January 22, 1957, in Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture. At the age of 18, he became an apprentice to the third-generation Naohiro. After seven years of training, he received official approval from the Agency for Cultural Affairs and became an independent swordsmith. He initially signed his works “Hiroshi,” using his given name, but later succeeded to the name of the fifth-generation Naohiro. He continues to forge swords in Honjo, Saitama Prefecture, and currently works under the name Keiun Naohiro. This tanto appears to have been made as an omamori-gatana (protective or talismanic dagger). The blade displays a flowing itame jihada tending toward masame, combined with an impressive notare-midare hamon. There are a few minor surface scratches, but no significant flaws, and the blade remains in generally very good condition. The tanto is accompanied by an aikuchi koshirae featuring dashizame (exposed rayskin), which is also in very good condition. A beautiful omamori tanto by Hiroshi (Keiun Naohiro), with an attractive blade and finely presented koshirae. 「拵 koshirae」ハバキ(habaki) :銀無垢一重の大坂鎺に祐乗鑢がかかる。縁頭(futikasira):水牛の角目貫(menuki) :金地獅子の図。柄(tsuka) :鮫は親粒が付き出し鮫。鞘(saya) : 黒呂。「刀身の状態 condition of blade」研:概良好です。傷: 欠点に成るような傷は有りません。
