This is a katana made by Sasshu Naminohira Yasuyuki in Bunka 2 (1805) during the late Edo period. The blade features a notare hamon and koitame jigane, with a gold foil double habaki and shirasaya mounting. It comes with a Tokubetsu Hozon Token certificate from the NBTHK.
