This is a modern katana made by Hidemune, a smith from Seki in Mino province, in May 1993. It features a shinogi-zukuri form with an iori-mune and a masame hada. The hamon is a suga-gatta ko-gunome, and the boshi is straight with a komaru return. The blade comes with a koshirae including a silver-inlaid Higo tsuba and a bamboo and tiger menuki.
