This is a mumei wakizashi attributed to Soshu Sukehiro, dating to the mid-Muromachi period (around Bunmei era). It features a hirazukuri form with a Mitsu-mune, a strong body, and a gunome-midare hamon with pointed elements. The blade comes with a complete koshirae featuring period fittings, including a wave-pattern tsuba and a unique rock-pattern lacquered saya.
