This is a yari made by Enju Nobukatsu in the 7th year of Kaiei (1854). Nobukatsu was a descendant of the Enju smiths and worked as a swordsmith for the Kumamoto clan along with his son Nobutoshi. The yari has a straight temper line with small activities and a strong return.
