This tachi is a work by Fujiyasu Masahira, known for his reproductions of koto. The sword comes with a copper habaki by Asai Nobuo, a shirasaya by Asai Yoshio, and was polished by Fujishiro Okisato, making it a valuable reference piece for various sword works.
