This is a tachi made by Masahira in the spring of Heisei 30 (2018). The blade has a high sori and is modeled after the magnificent tachi of the Nanbokucho period. The jitetsu is ko-itame with mokume, and the hamon is a bright nioiguchi with a wavy pattern mixed with gunome and choji.
