This Tachi was forged by Fujiyasu Masahira, a highly acclaimed contemporary swordsmith who trained under Miyairi Akihira. It is a work from 2016, crafted to research Ko-Bizen style, featuring an elegant form with strong koshi-zori and a fine ko-itame hada. The hamon is soft and well-nie'd at the base, tightening towards the tip with active ashi and ko-midare.
