Description

This antique Japanese Katana, attributed to Kashu Ietsugu of the Kashu Sanekage school, was forged in the late Muromachi period (late 16th century) in Kaga Province. Although unsigned, it has been authenticated with an NBTHK Hozon certificate. The sword comes with a shirasaya, koshirae mountings, and a traditional sword carrying case.
