This is an Omi Yari made by Ishido Suketoshi from Yamashiro province around the Kan'ei era (1624-1644). The blade is hira-sankaku-zukuri with masame-nagare forging and a suguha hamon mixed with gunome and sunagashi. It features a katana-hi engraving on the flat hira face and comes with its original pole and saya.
