This is a Ryo-shinogi sasaho yari (spear) with a short blade. The koshirae (mounting) has an Inome-shaped scabbard decorated with eggshells on a black lacquered base. The maker, Suketoshi, was from the Kishu Ishido school and active around the Kan'ei era.
