This listing is for a yajiri (arrowhead) made by Kanbayashi Tsunehira, a Mukansa swordsmith of the Miyairi school. It features intricate openwork carvings of Sanskrit characters on both sides. The arrowhead was made in Heisei 4 (1992) and does not have a tempered blade.
