Description

This kozuka, attributed to the Kaga Goto school, is crafted from shakudō with a nanako-ji ground. It features a depiction of the Mountain King Deity (Sannō no Zu) with a monkey holding sacred wands and a butterfly, all rendered in fine mixed-metal inlay. The piece dates to the late Edo period (18th-19th centuries) and comes with an NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Certificate.
