Description

This is a katana signed by Bizen Osafune no Ju Yokoyama Sukekane and Tsuki Sukehiro, dated 1864. The hamon features clumped choji with bright ara-nie, and the hada is ko-itame. The koshirae includes shakudo fittings carved in kata kiri-bori and inlaid with gold, and the tsuba is iron with brass inlay.
