This listing is for a tanto by the smith Kazuhira (大久保和平). He was a student of Miyairi Akihira (later Yukihiro), a Living National Treasure, and was certified as a Mukansa smith in Heisei 12 (2000). The blade was made in the spring of Heisei 2 (1990) and comes with koshirae.
