This is a tanto forged by Akimori, a swordsmith from Miyagi Prefecture, with the Hotcho Masamune in mind. It features a goma-bashi (chopsticks) with claws on the front and a bonji (Sanskrit character) of Fudo Myoo, the same as the Hotcho Masamune cherished by Ankokuji Ekei, on the back.
