Description

This antique Japanese wakizashi is signed by Kanewaka and comes with an NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Certificate. The blade was forged by Shirouemon Kanewaka, also known as the third-gen Kanewaka, who was active during the early-mid Edo period (1673-1704). Kanewaka was one of the most prestigious swordsmiths in the Kaga province.
