This is a kabuto hachi (helmet bowl) made from 30 carefully joined iron plates with a russet finish. The signature 'Fusanobu' is inscribed on the interior, along with a paper stating 'Myochin Fusanobu, Shinkei's disciple, Fujiyoshi, residing in Kozuke, around Tenbun era'. Its well-formed shape, excellent iron quality, and the rarity of a signed Fusanobu kabuto make it a valuable piece.
