This katana was made by Seiryuken Moritoshi in Tenpo 15 (1844). Moritoshi was a student of Chounsai Tsunatoshi and Goyama Munetsugu, specializing in Bizen-den style. The blade features a gunome choji hamon and a ko-itame jigane. It comes with a koshirae with aogai chirashi saya and shirasaya, and is accompanied by a Tokubetsu Hozon Token certificate for the blade and a Hozon Tosogu certificate for the koshirae.
