This is a katana by Tada Masatoshi, made in the Mimasaka province during the late Edo period. It features a powerful form with a vibrant choji hamon, reminiscent of his master Masayoshi. The blade comes with a shirasaya and a gold-plated double habaki, and is certified as Tokubetsu Hozon by the NBTHK.
