This is a fine katana attributed to Nakayama Ikkansai Yoshihiro, despite being o-suriage mumei. Yoshihiro, also known as Suzuki Zenkichi, was a renowned Shin-Shinto smith from Musashi province, famous for his unique 'Ikkansai-kitae' masame-hada and Soshu-den style. The blade features a fierce nie-deki hamon with abundant kinsuji and sunagashi, reminiscent of Goro Nyudo Masamune.
