This is a wakizashi made by Fujiwara Tadakuni during the Kanei period of the early Edo period. The blade features a wide mihaba, small itame hada with mixed mokume and nagare hada, and a bright and clear nioikuchi. It has a gunome hamon with togariba, choujiba, and tobiyaki.
