This is a modern tachi made by Kaneyoshi, a copy of Kobizen Yoshimochi. It comes with an uchigatana koshirae and shirasaya. The tachi was formerly owned by Yoshimochi Kiyoshi sensei of the 12th successor of Hyoho Niten Ichi ryu.
