This is a katana made by Ikkansai Minamoto Tomohiro in Showa 59 (1984). The blade has some thin rust and scratches, but no noticeable forging flaws. The hamon is a slightly uniform gunome midare with thick ashi. The koshirae features iron fittings and a newly made scabbard, with an older scabbard included as a spare.
