This is a Gendaito katana by Akimitsu, also known as Igarashi Akimitsu or Tesshudojin Akimitsu. The blade is mumei with an attribution to Akimitsu by the NTHK-NPO. The sword is in good condition with some oxidation and a small area along the edge that appears to have been lightly stoned.
