Description

This antique Japanese tanto was signed by Munetsugu during the Shin-Shinto era and comes with NBTHK Hozon certification for the blade and Tokubetsu Hozon certification for the koshirae. The blade has a cutting edge length of 19.5 cm and is mounted in a koshirae with kuro-ishime sendan-kizami nuri saya. The menuki feature the Tachi-Omotaka crest.
