This is a katana made by Bushu Shimohara ju Hiroshige during the Edo period. It comes with two NBTHK certificates: Tokubetsu Kicho Token for the blade and Kicho Kodogu for the koshirae. The blade features itame-mokume jihada and notare-gunome hamon, and the koshirae has iron tsuba with cloud motif and shakudo fuchi-kashira with floral relief.
